HDSB has been developed 2015 by IKEA Industry Slovakia. It combines the high mechanical strength known from OSB (oriented strand board) or LVL (laminated veneer lumber) with a smooth particleboard surface, suitable for any following surface treatment process.

The high modulus of elasticity (MOE) and modulus of rupture (MOR) combined with the smooth surface are the unique features of these panels.

Different from plywood, HDSB is available up to 5600mm length and 2600mm width.

It is the perfect material wherever high performing wood-based panels are required at a fantastic value for money ratio.

LINEX Panneaux is located in the beautiful French Normandy, home of the biggest linen textile industry in Europe. The long tradition of using linen based raw material (flax), combined with the decision in 2012 to invest in a large modern continuous press, is the base that LINEX Panneaux is the worldwide market leader of flax based panels.

The strength of LINEX Panneaux is the production of light weight panels (380kg/m³ – 540kg/m³) for the building and furniture industry. Panels with up to 80mm thickness, 5600mm length and 2600mm width are available.

High Quality, deep embossed finish foils and laminates (CPL), for furniture and door applications. Long life and Antibacterial versions.

Particleboard with elevated moisture resistance according to EN312 (class P3 and P5), mainly used for kitchen and bathroom furniture.

HDF is an engineered fibreboard with a density >800kg/m³. We offer ultra-thin HDF from 1,2mm to 4mm thickness, width up to 2800mm and 5600mm length.
HDF is mainly used for furniture backpanels, surface layers of light weight furniture construction or sandwich panels.

We offer raw and lacquered plywood from South America (pinus radiata, pinus eliottii) and light weight poplar plywood and blockboard. These panels can be offered on demand directly from our production partners.
